Fasken Québec

Text by Lemay Michaud

'' The customer wanted to offer a modern, youthful space, while retaining a prestigious, refined look. The building, with floor-to-ceiling glazing on all facades, features an exposed concrete structure. Occupying two and a half floors on the upper levels, the premises are very bright thanks to abundant fenestration, and offer spectacular views of Quebec City: the Palace Station, the Old Port of Quebec and the lower town. Overall, the concept builds on these assets with a layout that takes advantage of the views and brings maximum natural light to both private and public spaces. ''
