Collège Durocher - Durocher Pavilion
'' For this expansion and renovation project at Collège Durocher St-Lambert, the mandate was to transform an outdated space into a new gathering place, the Cœur, and to add a new single-level volume at the corner of Tiffin and Riverside streets, the Alinéa. This revitalization project is part of the Collège's vision to offer unique learning spaces that will foster the emergence of new ideas in collaboration with the community and the professional milieu. The Collège's vision is based on three areas of learning in collaboration with external partners: sustainable development, digital technology, and creativity and entrepreneurship.
The project is also part of a broader strategy initiated with the redevelopment of Pavillon Durocher's main entrance, its planted areas and accesses. By creating new pedestrian routes, removing the large loading dock, redesigning parking spaces and greening the entire site, the project adopts innovative and sustainable architectural practices. L'Alinéa and Le Cœur complete and enhance the overall project. ''
